Ok, anyone who's been following my posts know that I'm not exactly a big fan of LL right now. However, that being said, if you lied on your security question or provided a bogus email address you are not deserving of any consideration or compassion until they can buff up the staff on the phone lines. I'm assuming they're going to be doing a long weekend getting temps trained and prepared for Monday, they're not 'going home' like some of you are accusing them.

I've been doing customer service for 15 years, and I know the absolute panic they're in now.

You are expected to provide accurate information when you sign up. Your lies do not an emergency make.

Our primary concern is the security of everyone's account, and we'll work with everyone over the support lines on Monday to resolve forgotten security questions, inaccessible email accounts, and to verify people's identity.
