Landmarks! Why are some bright red while others are dull red??

This is right up my alley...
Here's why: dull ones, are ones you've not yet TPed to. I reckon it takes a relog to update this status. Bright red ones are ones you have. You can do a quick test by making a new Landmark, notice it's dull, TP to it, then relog.
Sometimes it's a bit glitchy, but this is how it should work.
