Offer Teleport

I can no longer offer a teleport to any user that is not on my friends list from thier profile. Before the latest update this was possible. I find it rather annoying, especially when custoes want to meet to talk about an order or something.

My question is: Was this change on purpose, or is it a bug, perhaps related to the presence issues?

EDIT: Just looked into this a but more. I can offer a teleport from the global people search function if I look someone up, but if I look up thier profile, for example by hitting the profile button in am IM window, the button is 'greyed out'. Filing a bug report.
