Selling Private Island Land

Hi,
Does anyone know about selling land on a private island?

I rent some out at the moment but wanted to know if say i sell 1024m2 of the island for 5000l$ does the new owner have to pay me a monthly tier as well.

The new owner wouldn't have to pay you a monthly tier, no. On the private island there's likely a Covenant set by the Estate Owner, and if you can resell land there, you may be subject to the terms put forth in the Covenant, so I'd read that. And I'd ask the Estate Owner for specifics. Good luck! :)
