Ok, If I play the game all the characters around me, and myself are green...
if I zoom in, my guy is the normal color, but I don't see many that way...
Does anybody know why that is?

Do you have avatar vertex program on?
From the login screen press the Preferences button. Then go to the Graphics Detail page. From there see if Avatar Vertex Program is checked.
If it is, try unchecking it. You should also make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.
