Maximum sim users changed from 30 to 40?

Hi there! I own a venue in the Kelham sim, which only allows 30 people in it at any given time. Last night, someone mentioned that they had read in the Forums that there might be a way to get it set to 40 (as a lot of the other sims are). Is that true? What would I need to do?

It'll be done today... up to 40 it'll go.
