abuse reports and how lindens are handling them

I building inthe sandbox and his less then 1/2 brained griefter desides to take a spot close to me....he hitting me with this little pointed stick and stood right next to me for a long time. I asked him to move bla bla.well he desides to hit me with his little boy scripts toy! hitting device!...this happened inthe sandbox extention.Now i told a linden in live help.( and the sendt e-mail to CS.Still waiting! ) Now what type of answer did i get? well the best he could give..............You guy banned people banned me for less charges.but you less loser like him go! You i getting sick and tired of this basis bs! Get you *** togther abuse team!

Don`t even dare banned me for posting the remark! Hell with it if i don`t get a reply to this i going down to basic account! If you can`t support those are full paying accounts! I not paying anymore money to a comapny that allows this to go on and on!

Usagi, as you've been nicely informed before, several times infact, these types of posts are *totally* inappropriate in Linden Answers. I am so sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with the griefer, but getting angry and ranting doesn't help.

While we're working on improving response time, this also involves changing how we handle abuse -- consider the Community Standards violations happening in other parts of Second Life that are being attended to simultaneously. It simply isn't scalable, so we're on a path of providing more tools that'll help empower you to deal with problems yourself.

As I've mentioned before to you, sitting on a non-physical prim will prevent you from being pushed. Best of hope.
