What is it, about 4 trillion assets being tracked now? Is it really wise to suggest that everyone should double up thier inventory??? You want 12K inventories to go to 24K????? And then Zee mentioned maybe charging at some point for inventories that are in excess of some number????

I would think that this one comment from Blue is going to cause a tremendous strain on SL. Is this the official policy now from LL? Do you really want every single user to backup thier inventories?

I try now to post positive things in the forum. I'm not trying to step on toes or point fingers here. Just trying to head of what I percieve will be a nightmare in main grid. It takes waaaay too long to load assets now. I can not imagine waiting twice as long.

Saving your work just makes sense, whether you are using SL or using a spreadsheet. I certainly don't recommend saving a million copies of everything you work on...just the most recent version of items you're attached to (or those attached to you)!
