As of recently I have had to deal with more griefers and abusers using tools and weapons that seem to circumvent any and all methods I have in place to prevent such activities. How is this so that weapons and tools are coming into the hands of inmature players who go around caging others setting them on fire shooting them and ejecting them from their own property? And filing abuse reports seem to do nothing at all except if it effects only areas of interest to only the lindens. Myself and my partners have file abuse reports and have yet to ever be told of a suspension or dismissal from game. I have place poeple on ban list yet they seem to still be able to circumvent this and get onto the properties to cause more greif and abuse. Granted I know many are free memebers with ALT accounts but I am paying more than my share in Land tiers plus memberships fee yet as a paying customer our complaints are not heard or are disregraded yet I attempt to run several venues and donate much of my in world earnings back into the community. So this may sound like a rant but when is SL going to honestly do something about griefers and abusers or are we to be paying hostages to these mal contents who just cause trouble and disrupt the enjoyment of others. I compliment all the creators of of all the ingenius things that are made possible in SL but tools and weapons that are used in this fashion I dont agree with. Hope someone will step up and respond to this post since it doesnt seem any one will respond other wise by E-mail or on the phone.

Hi, Lobo.

We continue to put tools in the hands of the residents to empower them to deal with griefing.
We're aware that there are problems. There's no 100% solution.

Customer support reads every single abuse report and responds accordingly.

Recently we held a community roundtable meeting to discuss support and we are always open to feedback.
