#2 You didnt see the blog comment because one of your collegues didnt think it was important enough and deleted it.
#3 Why would I want to make an EXCEPTION in my antivirus for a Trojan??? I already have the exception for the ports as well as Second Life.exe.
#4 Could you maybe ask an Linden Network Engineer to respond? It would help us all to know what's going on. The generic answers that I am getting and cookie-cutter and of no assistance.
This gets incredibly frusturating when one feels they are not being listened to.
