I'm sorry for duplicating this question, it's not my intention to spam, but I hope you can appreciate this is a pretty worrying issue for me. I just need confirmation that I will be able to toggle off the ability for estate managers to 'sell' the land in the sim.

I have been renting out whole sims with estate access since it was first offered as a feature, and also have residents on rent-to-buy agreements with this level of access. Estate manager access allows us to pass on the many more features available to other residents.

I haven't given my residents permission to 'sell' land in the sims, and it's not something that has ever been associated with estate manager access. Up until now, estate managers have not been able to deed/undeed land to groups, they don't even have access to some of the land texture tools, so 1.12 is a huge and worrying change in direction. I can't see any of my residents causing such problems, but the fact is there is a huge hole there. Can someone please get back to me, as I fear my emails on this issue are getting lost :/

Just to clarify: Estate access is not given to residents in parcelled zoned sims. I only give estate access to those renting a sim whole, and those who are on a rent-to-buy agreement.

Sorry about the redundancy of not getting back to you earlier, Hiro. I'm going to ask Tess, Cyn, and Jack about this--since Tess programmed the Estate Land Sales and Cyn and Jack are the Concierge.

[UPDATE] Cyn let me know she replied to you about this and that she'll let you know what she finds out since some of this is still being tested. :)
