The WEB tab was removed from the Profile? I don't see anything in the Release Notes about it being removed. In fact, the RL contains two lines talking about the functionality of the WEB profile. LIVE HELP is broken so I cant ask about it there.

If notes made it into the release notes for this release about web profiles then that was a mistake, they should have been pulled. The web profile functionality was pulled until next release. More info here:
