I recently had a group member disappear, leaving my landowner group a little bit short on tier. We had 13,500m2 of land but only had enough tier to support 12,900m2 (approx). I received an email from Lizzie Linden that stated: From: someone Please be sure to resolve this issue within 48 hours or else we will need to remove land from the group's holdings to bring it within it's current land use fee. Long story short, the problem did not get resolved in time on our side, and the 48 hours passed. The end result was that our entire parcel was wiped clean (you should see my lost & found! edit: it is becoming clear to me that i did not get all my objects back.), and ALL the land was taken by Governor Linden, and marked to be auctioned in 7 days. I suggest that you update that form letter to reflect what LL will actually do: From: someone Please be sure to resolve this issue within 48 hours or else we will wipe your entire parcel clean and take your entire parcel and sell it at auction. Again, it was totally my oversight, but the remedy seems a little harsh and it was VERY unexpected -- wiping out literally hundreds of man-hours of work because we went over tier by an immaterial amount. But perhaps if the letter mentioned that the recourse is to be swift and firm, it would elicit a faster & better response in more cases. I know I would have just tiered up immediately if the letter had said that in the first place -- it would have saved us all a bunch of hassle and extra effort. I'll mention that Lizzie and a couple other Lindens were very helpful in getting my land back once this happened. Now, the fact that I have to tier up from 4096 to 8192 just to get another 600m2... that's another story.

Thanx for detailing this for our attention, Jimmy. I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you went through. I'll also forward this to Lizzie.
