Small squares of Land

Could some one tell me, why do you sell small squares of stupidity right in the middle of other ppls land? I own a large part of land..and smack in the middle of it there is a 3x3 meter square of land someone else owns...it messes up how I can build..and now i have to look at the garbage they pile up on it, right in the middle of my land because without paying almost double a month i could not buy the piece of land??? garbage...thats just wrong...how am i supposed to set up my land to look nice when i have no control over what gets set right in the middle of my property?
