I do not forsee an immediate need for this, but I am planning on renting land on a private island and would like to know if I will be able to restrict VERIFIED accounts from my land? I would like to provide a safe havens for other Unverifieds like myself if there is a pronounced blacklash against us by Pro-Verifed landowners.

Not likely, Rebekah, because that would in effect ban the owner of the private island from your parcel--I don't think such an arrangement is amenable, unless there's broad Resident support for it.
Better would be this: the owner making the island restricted access to you and others he/she selects, and hidden from the mainland too.
