Why do I keep getting this IM from Second Life?

"The object 'Second Life' has sent you a message from Second Life:
Objects in Royal are unable to be created because the parcels they are being created on are full. Notifications from this region are temporarily deactivated."

I have been getting this IM over and over since yesterday. I also get another one that goes something like "can't move object to such and such location because you are banned from the parcel." I am banned from a neighboring parcel, however I have no idea what object would be trying to move there. Nothing should be.

I get these when I'm offline, and I get them when I am the only person on my land and I'm doing nothing. I've had 667 available prim space the entire time. My teleporters do rez a temporary beam every minute, but it's not moving anywhere. Help! Is this a database issue or what?
