The end of BUMPS!
I am removing "bump" posts as I come across them. It is obvious we are backlogged and behind schedule on answering posts in Linden Answers. Creating more posts which just link to posts already in hotline is really not helping the situation.

If you are experiencing an issue that needs more immediate attention than SL Answers is able to give you please use an alternate support method from the support page:

Second Life Answers is really not the place for time critical or account specific issues or bugs.

you can hardly get anyone on the phone
you cannot get any response from e-mail support
you cannot get any headway with the blogs, just a smile and a "i understand"
private messages never get responded to
this forum, even in slack times only gets certain questions awnsered
theres no offical tech support
theres no documentation
live help is populated by average joe avatars
lindens inworld are either totally dead or at times rude
most lindens profiles have the hit f1 or live help and fk off message
the forums were never managed, and now are crippled

why do you even care?

I'm not customer support. I am sorry for any bad experiences you have had with customer support. I do not know your stories and can not speak to them.

I care about bumps because I think everyone's questions here are important and keeping the forum clean is the only hope we have of getting those questions answered. It really doesn't help to flood the forum with messages that are just links to other messages.
