new chat functions

sorry but more then usual when we are walking or moving a camera in im etc we click on public chat to talk and too often we are jumping running walking etc.... this is very anoying and it isnt normal. I been here two years and i've never had this type of public chat problem. I dont know what changed maybe the enter chat close i dunno but i think many can agree this is annoying. can we please fix this?

It sounds related to other focus issues reported on the forums many times, which I've been looking at as a part of RX (Resident Experience) projects. Please be sure to post in existing threads about this, we're aggregating those.
