Dealing with griefing

At least... I assume it is griefing. I had read about all kinds of things pushes and bombs and griefers. But buying land seems to make one vulnerable.

Repeatedly on 11/30 and 12/1 it seems like a beam comes and shoots us high up into the air (yes we have no push checked on the land). Even sitting in our house we aren't safe. Tping to our landing pad isn't safe. It seems to have an override that wears off after awhile but repeated tping and sitting on poseballs is required to wait it out. I do not know who is doing this but it is greatly harming our enjoyment of our land.

And yet the tool for push etc doesn't detect anything. So I don't have a name. So I can't file an abuse report because it won't accept them without a name. I admit, I'm baffled how to deal with this. Suggestions?

I've forwarded this one to the community affairs team (they're responsible for addressing problems with griefers) for an answer -- I'm sure they'll have some suggestions for you.
