Hi,
I'm looking at the economic statistics page, and for many months now, it appears that the top 1.3% of successful businesses earn between US$1000 to US$2000 a month. Anecdotally it seems that there are businesses that earn more than US$2000... not including land barons and real estate speculators who buy and sell land.
What would be helpful would be a more precise definition of how the figures are collated. e.g. are the L$ figure for "profitable avatars" collated from the money() event in an object (e.g. through vendors)?
Or is it the L$ sold through Lindex? Which might explain the $2000 upper limit (but then again, this limit was recently lifted with new trading tiers)
I just find it odd that according to your data, no one earns more than $2000.
