Thanks for nothing

I'm a long time resident. 2 1/2 years in case you didn't want to count. I've been planning on buying an isle this month, but because you refuse to raise my Lindex tier I cannot on Wed.

The 'long time residents' being informed early was a lie. Plain and simple. 'Hand picked long time residents' would have been the correct wording.

Now I cannot purchase one and my months of planning have been for nothing. Thanks.

Add this with increasingly terrible preformance, continued animation bugs, and lack of customer service I see no reason to actually stick around anymore. Now that you have 1 million + 'customers' you really have no need for those of us who have been around for ages. As is obvious from the treatment you so like to give us.
