Robin, what the above says to me is you could give a shit less about anyone that didn't get that letter. Thats not really how you want your PAYING customers to feel do you? Why didn't you just tell the whole community at once or are we not good enough? Your trying to fix customer service correct? If you gave a shit about customer service and your PAYING customers you would of told us all at the same time!!!
What pisses me off more than the raising island fees is the fact you still give unfair advantages to a select few people!
