Mainland Tier vs Island Tier Questions

Greetings! I've read the transcripts of the last two town halls (which, due to my current job, I'm unable to attend), and unfortunately, some questions I've had have yet to be asked by other people, so I'll ask them here.

A bit of background, I run a fairly large forest preserve on the mainland, and have had Concierge-level tier for many months now. I previously didn't move to an island out of personal preference, but with the price increases for islands, I'm now financially unable to relocate to one, since my venue has virtually no in-world income. So, naturally, I'm concerned about the possibility of a mainland tier increase, especially since mainland land owners (even us large ones) have traditionally appeared to take a backseat to island owners.

Question 1: Is a mainland tier increase planned at this time? If so, when?

Question 2: It was announced that all island pricing changes would be given 60 days of advance public notice. Will the same time period be applied to mainland price changes? And if not, why not?

Question 3: This applies more to encouraging mainland renewal than to my venue specifically, but is there any sort of price break on mainland tier for RL non-profit organizations, like there is for islands? If not, has/could this be considered?

We've been reviewing pricing across the board, and if we need to change mainland pricing we'll give you the 60 day notice.

Since mainland land is sold differently, we haven't explored discounts, which would have to be applied to monthly fees rather than to the upfront set-up charge. That said, as we review pricing, I'll make sure we also consider whether or not it's possible to implement these discounts.
