Still trying to get into my main account, and I'm wondering if they are case sensitive? That's the only explanation I can think of for why the exact same answer for this account won't work for that one.. My last post on this. I do know that this is repetitive posting but this forum doens't apply replies to posts. =)

The secret questions are not case sensitive, although the web site was changed partially thru the day to reflect this. Please try again now and you should be able to enter your answer.
