on going problems

I have been in SL for a few Months and have loved every second spent , but a few Months ago the main frame was attacked, I dont know how or who , well since then I have had the dredded Gremlin, I can only be on SL for 4 mins at a time then my comuter closes down, I have been in contact with SL and have done all they have said, I have even wiped my computer comp0letely, every update that should be done has been done, I put SL on, nothing else, not even yahoo and MSN, just SL was on for 8 mins then pow computer closed down, what I would like to know has any one else had this problem?I am using, and I have copied and pasted this as my tec knowlage is not all that good

I am now wondering if it is the problem and should be in the warning list of possiable problems with SL, I am now trying to save to update or even get a new Tower, but would like to know will this keep happening no matter what I buy?
I have had people say it is the program of SL, or, it is because it is USA based and will always cause these problems with people in UK, if this is so,

Hi CrystalSinger--glad to hear how much you've been enjoying SL. Sorry to hear of recent difficulties, however. If you've already contacted Support, that's the right place to get help for such issues.

Please also note the Radeon 9200SE isn't even a graphics card that meets our System Requirements. So in all fairness I think you'd have to upgrade your computer first.
