Friend location off the map, can't TP there

I've started noticing one of my friend on my list would be online but routinely appear as off the map, show destination does not work and TP won't work either... what is happening?

Kelly, glad you asked! This sort of thing happening has been around awhile. Sometimes, it means that the online status of your friend isn't being shown correctly. So they're really OFFLINE. If they're not actually inworld, then you can't maptrack them.

Send them an IM and see if they reply. If they do, and both of you relogging doesn't fix it up in a few moments, that may be a good reason to go to HELP menu and REPORT BUG.
