When do fansites get listed?

We have submitted our site Syc0phancy http://www.syc0phancy.com/index.php twice this week, when does it get listed on the Community: Resident Sites. I believe it meets the criteria for a fansite. If there is something that we missed we would like to know. Thank you

Thanks Blue Linden seems a few sites were added but not mine. Maybe the 3rd times the charm.

Fansites are added to the list irregularly. I've let Pathfinder know there's at least one in the queue
