To the guy who handled my phone call the other day...

I'm not sure if he'll ever read this, but you really helped me out the other day with the land problem I had. I can't remember your name (could have been Gary or Craig...sorry it was your accent) but your prompt service, understanding and sympathetic manner really helped to ease my frustration and worry and left me a really happy person at the end of the call.

And it's not often I get to phone people from another country so the novelty was great as well.

See people, these people are friendly, nice and willing to help as much as they can. Utilise the free phone numbers they give (especially the free International number which I found extraordinary!) and speak to the great people...especially Gary/Craig.
