Is there a standard response time for support inquiries?

Hi!

I emailed support on 9/11/06 in regards to an issue where 'officers' of my group are unable to invite new members, despite being granted the proper role permissions.

I've also attempted to contact support via phone, however I seem to be unable to get past voicemail.

Its been two weeks, and I still haven't seen a reply yet. Should I continue to be patient, or is there a particular way you'd prefer we escalate things like this?

I've triple checked to make sure any replies aren't going to my spam folder on gmail: they are not.

Note: My intention is not to use the answers forum for my particular support request; rather - I'm seeking better understanding of what kind of wait time folks should expect, and what the next step should be if our support requests appear to go unanswered.

Thanks in advance for any guidance on how to proceed with this! :)

Hi Travis, nearly all support requests are answered within a day — or the next business day if they arrive outside of support hours.

On an average mid-week day, a support request might be answered within minutes.

Of course, on the phone you might get someone straight away. If you don’t, and go to voicemail, then you end-up in the support ticket queue.

In your case, it looks like this issue was transfered to the bug queue
