Hi I was wondering..... As of late since a few updates ago like 1.11 or whatever when doing a search of the inventory SL starts lagging really really badly. As of 1.12 this function almost causes my connection to drop from SL completely. It lags for awhile sometimes or sometimes once it loads up it stopps lagging but it does however pose a problem if it almost drops the connection or almost causes a crash. Im pretty sure its not my computer nor my internet service either and i have just started to experience this almsot disconnecting me. It was fine for me before 1.11 but now is increasing worse. Is a fix for this in the process of being worked on as it would be a big help and im sure others have the same problem....

Lina, glad you asked!

This is a pain in the ass. I experienced it as "Right-clicking on Inventory folders with many contents brutally lags client and server", and it *is* known about and will hopefully be fixed soon. Please spread the word to anyone else you know who's curious! :)

At least one repro:

- Teleport to a relatively empty region with stable performance.
- Open the Statistics Bar.
- Right-click on a main folder with lots of items and nested subfolders, like Objects.
* Observe: Ping Sim and User both rise beyond 10,000+. Time Dilation and Sim FPS plunge. Your local FPS also drops and performance is significantly deteriorated for several moments.
> Expected: There shouldn't be such a crippling slowdown.
