New snapshot UI question

Is there any hope of getting back one piece of simple functionality from the previous snapshot UI that is now missing in the updated one: the ability to repeatedly take snapshots until the desired shot is achieved? In the previous version, you could simply keep hitting the snapshot button until you had the desired image - the preview would just keep updating. This was perfect when taking pictures of animated avatars and such things.

With the new stop action Matrix camera zoom, it seems this capability has been left out - update snapshot just takes a new snapshot of the frozen scene, not a new live snapshot. The snapshot button disappears, so there is no way to take another picture without exiting out of the UI and clicking snapshot again, which is not condusive to rapid fire shots. Please tell me that a future update will restore this functionality - progress is not taking away working features and replacing them with something more complicated and less functional :(

Ditto!

As you know, Ano, I've been hungrily aggregating all feedback about the new Snapshot Preview for the developers. Yours will be included too.

I made use of the old preview in such a similar way--currently, I've been relegated to pressing Ctrl-` repeatedly, which isn't so nimble (and leaves me in a position where I have to clean up a lot all the not-so-desirable snapshots on my disk after).

All in all, the freeze mode confuses the heck out of me.

I sure hope we can have this back too. :)
