I post this here as it is a point of general interest for community and also is the only channel that may will give an answer. I know you dont want this kind of issues posted here as the forum is not thought for that by - of course - as everybody will know what is wrong....
I made 2 reqests to billing. First in November which was answered 23 days later only after having posted here.
A second request was made on 31st december and it takes the same way again. I wouldnt even bother if it was about some $ but 120$ can be much for your customers..
Who can be contacted to set a complaint and is a "3rd party"? Mails to billing itself will just be ignored.
P.S. Also of 2 tech support requests 1 was answered after 13 days the 2nd not at all.
Please dont tell me to contact billing directly and dont tell me I am in wrong forum.. I know that and dont need default answers..
