How do we go about getting our no copy items back that have been rezed in a SIM that is then rolled back after Lindens can't figure out how to start it again after it crashes? I thought they were supposed to send that stuff to our Lost & Found but nothing... we only get form letters for bug reports and no action. Two days in a row they roll back the same SIM and don't return lost and founds... What's up with this?!

Hi Hoshi. I'm always bothered to hear of things like this.  Let's establish some info so we can be clear on what we're looking for: * What's the name of the region? * If it's a private island, has the owner already contacted the Concierge? (Since it sounds like a repeated problem.) * Specific times and dates of these crashes? * Specific names of the items you lost? * What else have you already tried? (E.g., asking the creator for a replacement is always recommended, just in case.) Please email all this to at [email]torley@lindenlab.com[/email] and I'll be sure it gets to the right Lindens--we'll want to see if there's anything else we can do.
