Disturbing Use of Notecards

There needs to be a change in the way notecards work. Currently it seems to be impossible to tell who dropped a notecard on you unless you look at the creator of the notecard. Recently someone dropped a notecard on me and I am pretty sure that the famous sex animation maker listed as the author was not inviting me to some random crap mall.

I believe the author just took a full perm notecard from a vendor and re-wrote it to suit their needs-- while retaining perfect anonymity. Spamtastic.
