It's my understanding that with the removal of General and the Sandboxes there would be a gradual phasing-out of the resident moderators for what's left of the forums. When is this to take place?

And if you actually don't intend to delete the resmod program entirely, what can the other residents do to complain about resmods who clearly moderate with bias and vendetta? I have emailed abuse@ several times about one in particular and there has been no response at all. What other recourse do we have?

Hi Joshua, good communication is effective, so as ResMods are your fellow Residents, you can have a chat with them personally to see if there's been any misunderstanding. If ineffective, feel free to let me know the details and evidence, and also point to where you believe a ResMod has violated the forum Guidelines.

As for further forum changes, those will be announced as we have new news -- wish I had more to share right now but, I don't.
