This morning BST I checked my eMail to find a string of messages telling me that numerous items - about 5 hours worth of building - have been returned to lost and found. Again.

Security breaches, one of the most abysmal 'updates' I've yet seen.

A continuious drop in performance. and bugs, bugs and yet more bugs. 'update' by 'update'.

Estate controls that either don't do what they are supposed to, or, in some circumstances actually crash my sim.

An Island which I have had problems with ever since I bought it.

And what do I get, what do we all get?
Platitudes. Assurances that things will be 'looked into', 'We'll get back to you', even 'It's been fixed' - when it clearly hasn't.

So, just how stupid do LL think we are?
Do they think I'm stupid enough to continue paying US$204.95 a month (not to mention the $1250 I fronted) for a shoddy barely functional product and innefective customer service? Frankly SL isn't worth the price of a basic unverified account any more.

I wonder if they think that they can afford to loose paying customers wholesale because there are 'lots more out there'?

Well commercial history is littered with the corpses of businesses that thought that.
