Thanks for your reply Torley, but what I meant to ask is: Could I possibly get into legal trouble if a child/teen's parents find out that the child/teen was a member of my group, doing Mature things? I kicked out about 10 unverified people from my group. I would really like to make the group open enrollment again, but I don't want to get into any trouble with the law.

Okay, I'm not a lawyer so you should best seek professional counsel from a lawyer, ziphren. Plausibly, an outraged parent would be more reactionary to go after us than you since it's our system, so we have definitely been investigating many legal avenues in relation to this. I will however clarify one thing, and that is that unverified doesn't necessarily equate to underage. Sure, some of them are, but that doesn't mean you have to be over-vigilant in keeping "No Payment Info On File" accounts out of your group. I know many groups with such members and don't presently see a reason why you'd be singled out. Your choice, of course.
