Serious Bug Fix Estimate Please

Hi,

I reported quite a serious bug ( OK a very serious bug ) on Sunday night.
Ticket number #263044.

From the seriousness of the bug I would have assumed a patch release the next working day, however I have seen no notice of any rolling updates or any patch installations.

The fault log refers to the "Fast Pay Exploit" that now seems to be common knowledge across SL.

Does Linden Lab have any estimate when a release or patch will be issued to fix this ?

Or will it be allowed to stay and be exploited by those who know about it ?

Thank you for your dilligence in reporting this, Adriana. We're well aware of this one and it will be fixed ASAP--perhaps sooner than an estimate can be given, as not-unlike problems have been in the past.
