Screwed notecards

Many notecards seem to have lost attached textures and landmarks. They're now replaced with a "?" and cannot be accessed.
This is IMMENSELY damaging to SL merchants, that now face the risk of having redo hundreds of product manuals and similar contents, not to mention all the customers that can't understand manuals because they're missing explanation pictures.
Please let us know if and when this matter will be solved, because none of us is very keen on having to redo hundreds of notecard from scratch.

BTW: i'm not sure if you noticed, but people are loosing tons of sales on the fact that classified ads aren't working properly (only the title is searched)

PS: our patience is running VERY low.
