I am losing given rates....atleast 3.....so why is this happening............I now about the decrease in rates that happened. But explain why? i lost these rates. I know i lost them i sent in a report.

This, I would not know without more details--hopefully your bug report included that info so it could be looked up. But to my knowledge, you shouldn't be losing rates like that, Usagi.
