Whatever causes the packet loss problems every 4 out of 5 grid restarts needs to be FIXED!!! Its so bad this time that I can barely log in enough to see my own hat before I get disconnected now.... In the last 40 mins Ive been thrown off 15 times !!! and I'm supposed to be doing a live show at a club

This is totally unacceptable

I dont want to hear any more excuses either, just fix it!

I've no idea what's doing this, Jitar--I've also sent your latest communiques to our support team to see if there's anything else that might have changed on our end that effects this. Will let you know if we find something concrete affecting other Residents too; often an easy way to tell.
