The past week, every time I log into SL - I am told there is a new version that I need to download and install.
However, when I do; I then get a message that version seems to exist already, do I want to continue with the install? - If I click cancel, and try to log in, I am in the install loop again.
This leaves me the only option of re-installing the game every time.

Is this a known issue? Is this something on my computer than I can correct? I have looked through the blog, and the forums and found nothing on this subject. I apologize if I had missed it somewhere

Thank you for your time.

Fallon, I do know there was a past "update loop" problem with this, due to one of webservers having the wrong version of Second Life, but it shouldn't happen anymore. If it does, please make sure to use the Second Life uninstaller (in the main folder of the program), download the newest version from the usual page:

http://secondlife.com/community/downloads.php

and then install that. Thanx also for checking other sources before posting here. :)
