For people with two accounts on one Credit Card I assume both will show as "payment info submitted"?
If Account A has made a purchase will both accounts show as "payment info verified" or just Account A?

Again, depends their Account statuses were prior. To keep it simple: yes, you can have "Payment Info On File" for one account who hasn't made a verified transaction with us, and "Payment Info Used" on another who has. You can also have alts (alternate accounts) with no billing info, thus "No Payment Info On File". We treat account billing on an individual basis, generally. Hope this helps, Samantha. |
