Island delivery?

I was told last week that my island would be delived in 5 days. The 5th day, was yesterday. I have called, left messages, sent IM's, contacted concierges...done way more than I should of had to do.

My island nor any word about my island has been given as of today. I am getting to the point that I am ready to cancel the order. I expected better customer service, than I am getting.

Very disapointed.
