Transaction download with 0L entries

I don't know if this is intentional, or a bug, however I notice that when I download my daily transactions from the website as an XLS file, every line with a land transaction has a duplicate line with a 0 linden entry.

If this is supposed to be there, what purpose might it serve.. or if it's a bug, is it a known one and in the queue for repair?

It looks a bit strange, but it's normal. Essentially, think of it this way: in a land transaction between two parties, L$ is exchanged one way, and land is exchanged the other. The L$0 simply confirms the land is now in your name after purchasing it, or vice-versa.
