Items not showing...

Last night I made a purchase and the item did not show up after I paid the vendor. I contacted the designer and she graiously sent me the item plus something for my trouble. (awesome customer service btw) However I wasn't online at the time and recieved the notice of the item being sent to me and her message to my email, as I have that set up in my perferences. I logged in and not only did her offline message not show up but I never got the pop up box to accept the item. So I decided to log off then back on to see if that would help. It did not and the item is not in my inventory. I checked for the folder, she told me the name, I also checked my recent items tab. Still nothing. Now at this point she's (the designer) done done everything she should have to help me out. So here are my questions.

Will these items eventually show up in my inventory? Will I get a pop up box to accept them? Does this have anything to do with the asset server issues we've been having? I am leary to buy anything for fear I'll pay, the money will be taken from me but won't get the item, and I won't get a designer who is as nice as the one I purchased from to help me out.

The item may eventually show up, but there's a possibility it was indeed "lost." If you still have not received it, please go under the Help menu and select "Report Bug." There's a pulldown option for "Missing Content" on the following screen. You can also contact our support group who can assist you with trying to recover a specific item.
