the Knowledgebase seemingly accessable from F1 in game.
I had Live Help call last night and the information the caller needed was in the KB.. problem is the KB isn't the easiest thing to find and holds information ( in this case relating to uploading ) which isn't in the F1. Can the KB be added to F1 in game please?

Yes, confuses the heck out of me too.
Or people who say F1 Help should be searchable. Can I throw out a crazy idea? That both of them get unified somewhere down the road. But the Knowledge Base SHOULD be more prominent.
