What actions/converstaions are acceptable?
What can get me in trouble?

I own a club and a casino and would like to encourage new players to visit my establishment, and I want to do it the right way.

May I talk about the club to new players? Could I get an example of an acceptable dialogue? May I use notecards or landmarks? May I give out welcome baskets?

Thank you!

The things that would get you in trouble in the Welcome area are the same things that would get you in trouble anywhere on the grid. As long as you stay within the Community Standards located here:

As for your specific questions:

You can talk about your club to new players, yes.
Handing out welcome baskets is fine provided other residents are not spammed with them, meaning: they know you are sending it and actually want the basket. The same goes for notecards and landmarks, no random spamming.

Best,

Chadrick
