I've made two queries via Live Help today, and both have gone unanswered. This is very rare, I normally receive an answer within a couple of minutes at most, but one wasn't answered in some number of hours, and this last one has been waiting for 20mins or so.
I appreciate that Live Helpers get busy and it's voluntary, but would it be possible for someone to note that there are presently long wait times or something like what you get on many phone IVRs?

Hi Landing, that's a good suggestion. We are working on several improvements to our IM system which you should see in the coming weeks. We will take your suggestion into consideration.
