I downgraded my account yesterday but my account status still says "downgrading to basic". Is this a process that takes awhile? I just want to be sure I'm not going to be charged again.
I realize the billing section had some problems but it says it's fixed now.

Hi Roland, yes, in the account area, it should display the date it downgrades to. To confirm, please contact Support directly.
